     In 2013 Ledford Heating & Air Conditioning was started by our owner Zachary Brewer. Mr.Brewer had spent years of service as a dedicated technician for 2 of Miami Valley's most renowned companies, A-Abel & Logan Services. Mr.Brewer was a big part of the success had by these companies at that time. Gaining multiple awards, certifications, and what honors him most... The acknowledgement of his peers. Not only did he take his employment with absolute professionalism, but he studied and took awareness to his predecessors. Industry giants such as Jim Cain showed Mr.Brewer what it would take to be a professional in this industry. How each job should be completed with diligence and above industry standards. One of the most beloved technicians, and former Dayton buisness owner, Cal Schlemmer showed Mr.Brewer his brilliance and the power of knowledge. His proven methods and technical aptitude helped develop and hone Mr.Brewers skills as a technician. But one aspect of Ledford Heating & Air Conditioning could not be taught. That is Mr.Brewer's thoughtfulness. Mr.Brewer cares about the relationships he develops with his customers. Our belief is we are making the homes we service safe, comfortable, and suitable for living. It is the responsibility of community buisness owners to make sure we provide this service at reasonable cost. Mr.Brewer comes from humble means. He gives no greater honor than that to his Grandmother, Carrie Ledford Brewer. Her memory served a purpose in how Ledford Heating & Air Conditioning would provide "Old Fashioned Service".  So our brand, Ledford, would always be a staple of performance and integrity.
